Getting Started - How to Withdraw Assets (BTC)

Step 1: Access Your Dashboard

1. Log in to your CircleHash account.
2. Navigate to the "WalletBalance" section.

Step 2: Initiate a Withdrawal

1. Click on the "Withdraw" button located next to the header title.
2. In the withdrawal form, enter the amount you'd like to withdraw from your available balance.
3. Provide the payout address where you want to receive your BTC. This address will be saved for future use after your first withdrawal.

Step 3: Preview Your Withdrawal

1. Click on "Preview Order" to review the details of your withdrawal.
2. You'll see the exact amount you'll receive, including any applicable fees.
3. This preview order is locked for 2 minutes to ensure transparency and prevent any unwanted fees.

Step 4: Confirm or Cancel Your Withdrawal

1. On the Preview Order screen, you have the option to either confirm or cancel your withdrawal.
2. If confirmed, the withdrawal request will be automatically processed.

Step 5: Monitor Your Withdrawal

1. After confirming, your withdrawal will enter a pending status.
2. The withdrawal amount will be deducted from your main wallet BTC balance.
3. We process withdrawals within 24 hours.

Step 6: Check Transaction Status

1. Once processed, you'll receive a notification along with a transaction ID (txid).
2. You can use this ID to track the status of your payment on the BTC blockchain.

Additional Information

• Withdrawals are only available in BTC.
• Your payout address is securely saved in your profile for future use.
• If a withdrawal request is declined (e.g., due to unfamiliar IP address), the pending amount is automatically credited back to your wallet, and the transaction is marked as canceled.

View Your Withdrawal Requests

You can review all your withdrawal requests in the "Payouts" tab within the "WalletBalance" section. For a detailed history of your earnings, head to the "Transactions" tab.

Additional Information

• All withdrawals are processed in BTC.
• You have the freedom to exchange alternative cryptocurrencies for BTC before initiating a withdrawal.
• Payout transaction fee is recalculated based on current network fees on each payout individually.

Please note that cryptocurrency transactions may be subject to network congestion and may take some time to confirm.
